K.I.D.S Church is our children's Bible teaching for 5-11 year olds. This ministry focuses on teaching biblical principles in fun, interactive ways. The children are able to participate in a skit every week, visit with Schooner (our parrot puppet), and dive into the Word using the Adventure Bible for Young Readers. Our goal is to show our children the value of God, how He fits in everyday life, how to talk to Him, and how to show His love to others. We are currently using the David C. Cook curriculum Pick Up 'n' Do called Rise and Shine: The Early Church. We have also studied the following units: Jesus 4 U, King Davey and The Royal Tunes, and Let's Hear it for the Fruit of the Spirit. About the Director- Jacy Wolfe Jacy is the daughter-in-law of Pastor Deane and Kathy. She is in her 6th year of teaching; currently working at Jenifer Elementary School in Waldorf. She had the pleasure of interning in Children's Ministries at New Life Church, in La Plata, before becoming the director of K.I.D.S Church at the River. Contact Jacy Wolfe
